The "Speedway Corporate Leadership" Adventure motivates your Team by challenging each member to achieve his or her personal best and stretch potential while rotating through timed driving exercises. The driving events are designed to build trust, develop problem-solving skills, learn the skills of others, and participate in a lifetime experience! This competitive event will provide your teams with stronger connections and a variety of tools that will enhance skill sets as effective communicators and leaders!

Racecar Driver for a Day

Participants will begin their Racecar Driver for a Day adventure by attending a vehicle dynamics "chalk talk." This educational "Driver's Meeting" will be useful for both the upcoming activity on the track and everyday driving! Students will don a racing suit and helmet, get strapped into a racecar, and get private instruction from a professional racer while driving the 1-mile Infield Road Course at Texas Motor Speedway! This activity will excite and inspire everyone!

Corporate Pit Crew Challenge

Test your teamwork in the "Corporate Pit Crew Challenge!" In this timed exercise, participants get the opportunity to work with a real NASCAR stock car! Supplied with air guns, car jacks, knee pads, goggles, and more, teams must figure out the quickest, most efficient way to carry out a pit stop utilizing successful teamwork. This hands-on activity emphasizes competitive cooperation, trust, and communication skills.

Corporate Fleet Safety Program

Texas Driving Experience's Corporate Fleet Safety Program is for corporate leaders who wish to invest in the personal safety of their work team. Frequent traveling can put business people at risk for auto accidents and increase the liability of the company, especially if its employees practice unsafe driving habits.
