For the racing fan, prepare yourself for an exciting thrill as you speed along the 1 mile Le mans style infield road course for several laps in one of our hot cars along with a professional racing driver. The entertaining attraction for the thrill seeker is to drive one of the Z06 yellow Chevy Corvettes on the race track. The skills program atTexas Motor Speedway differs from driver’s education because it is an educational and fun program that gives advice through lessons to teens and young adults about how to take care of their car, what to do to avoid and prevent auto accidents, and tips for teenagers to learn defensive driving. The school has a driver’s education class for every accident avoidance scenario including skidding, tailgating, off road, education on abs brakes, and other aspects of defensive driving. Students in high school can also learn about how to drive safely in an SUV, a five speed or six speed stick shift standard, and they can receive private instruction if they want to build their confidence and awareness.
